Two-Sided Golf Tournament Ticket Frame
A Hole in One
Dana's client brought in a pair of credentials that got them in to The Masters Golf Tournament on 4-9-2013 at Berckman's Place. One of the more exotic things about the framing treatment she designed was that she used what we call a "Recto-Verso Mat." The art is framed so that you can see the front and back of it in the same frame. Dana used AR anti-reflective glass on both sides of the frame. The mat on top is Baingridge 4310 Astroturf, designed to simulate grass. The bottom mat is Crescent 1173 Soft Cream. Frame used is Fotiou 5959BL Black Lacquer 1 1/4" deep.Frame size (inside) is 13 x 10 1/4" .Check out the photos here:
Front of the frame showing tickets or passes floated on C1173 mat board, surrounded by B4310 Astroturf Mat board. Note the rounded mat openings that mimic the shape of the corners on the golf tournament passes.
Back of the frame or the "verso side."
