Arakawa AF3P116ss Dual-duty gripper hook

The AF3P116ss midway gripper (picture hook) is compatible with either 3/64" or 1/16" cables. Usually, it gets used with the heavier cable, unless you are using the 3/64" cable and need the security latch that comes with it. The AF3 is the hook that is designed for use with 3/64" cables only. It has a spring loaded tube at the top of the gripper that grabs the cable when you pull down on the hook. You can slide the hook up the cable without depressing the top tube. This hook is beefier than the AF3 hook (for the CRE rail and 3/64" cable) and supports more weight.
