Retirement Gift - Framed Illustration of Workplace

When the chairman of a major Chicago bank retired at the end of last year, we framed an illustration of the bank that our client at the bank provided us with, along with copy for an engraved metal plate.

We framed it in Larson-Juhl's 682830 Biltmore series, in a very antiqued gold that was more in keeping with the vintage of the building in the illustration we framed. We used Tru-Vue Museum Glass and added a Larson-Juhl linen-covered wooden liner inside the frame to give us a place to attach the engraved plate and still have it protected under glass. We used the Larson 443962 2" "Flax Sand" liner. The overall size of the glass was 26 1/8 x 20 1/4".
