U.S. Attorney's Office of the Northern District of Chicago Retirement Frames
Staff members from The United States Attorney's Office, located in the Federal Buildings a few blocks from our shop, stopped in and asked our framing team to create a collage of U.S. commemorative postage stamps , along with an engraved metal plate or plaque, to be given as a retirement gift to an Assistant District Attorney for the Northern District of Chicago. The postage stamps were thematic and represented the interests of this particular retiring staff member. We have done several of them and, while they are similar in design, the collection of stamps used have been different. The stamps were mounted on small, beveled, mat board platforms that were colored to match the mahogany finish of the frame.
The recipient's name has been removed to protect their privacy.
