Framing a Green Bay Packers 2024 Stock Certificate
Way back in 2012, the Green Bay Packers football team issued stock certificates that the general public could buy, so that they could own a piece of the team. it was a great publicity stunt which proved, as well, to be profitable for the team. We framed a few certificates for some Green Bay fans, posted them on our website and then forgot about them. Recently, we were approached, again, to frame a certificate being given by a dad to his son. He saw our 2012 project and asked us to do it again for him. It was no problem, as we had saved the mat design in our computerized mat cutter, The Wizard 9000Z. The frame we used was a matte black Evald 151 wood frame built to size 16 x 20. The double matting consisted of a Crescent 9538 Deep Woods Green mat on top with a Bainbridge 8022 Lemondrop Yellow mat on the bottom. These were used to create the Green Bay logo and the matting that surrounds the stock certificate. Glass used was Tru-Vue Conservation Clear glass (99% u/v protection, normally reflective). The photo has had the client's name and address redacted to protect his privacy.
