Frameless Options
When the cost of framing an item is a major factor or you simply want a clean, uncluttered look for your matted photos, children's art or temporary art exhibition, a frameless option is something to consider.
The picture framing systems that fall into this category are, primarily, a sheet of glass or plexi (acrylic), backed by a piece of foam board or masonite, with or without a mat in between, all held together by a set of metal or plastic corners that are held in place by a wire or cord harness on the back of the bottom layer of board.
