Reviews Policy

We love reviews. They carry a lot of weight with potential clients. Most of the time, people leave reviews for us on Yelp or Google because the are very happy with the service they got from us, whether it was a frame job, matting, mounting or something as simple as a glass replacement. We know that our clients assign great importance to the items we frame for them. That is where we got our motto "We Frame Your World. TM"

If you were thrilled with what we did for you, please feel free to post a kind review. It enhances our success and makes it more likely that we will still be around for you the next time you need framing services. We do not pay for reviews, since this is highly disingenuous and violates the policy of most review sites.

But if, for some reason, something happened during your experience at our shop that did not sit well, please contact us directly with your complaint before leaving a nasty review or broadcasting it on a social media site. After all, we are only human.

We promise to make it right, no matter what it was. Our reputation and skills are all we really have to offer, and they mean the world to us. We are not a big, impersonal store chain, so you know you can get our attention very easily and you'll deal with the owner of the company directly, not someone way down on the food chain.
